Ridgeland city officials are likely counting on Madison County to help pay off the tax-increment financing (TIF) bond for phase three of Renaissance at Colony Park.

Funds needed to complete restoration of Manship House; opened for tours, special events

The Mississippi Department of Archives and History (MDAH) hopes 2017 will mean more funds to restore the historic Manship House, 420 East Fortification.

Archives officials again will be approaching the Mississippi Legislature to fund improvements to the facility.
