Platt approved

THE FINAL plat for Hampton Ridge, phase four, in Lake Caroline has been approved by the Madison County Board of Supervisors during a recent meeting.

According to county engineer Dan Gaillet, the development is approximately 6.5 acres with 22 lots, which range from .18 to .25 acres in size.
