Guy Bowering just served his first term as the first Ward 6 alderman in the city of Madison. Ward 6 is largely comprised of an area west of I-55 that was annexed into the city in 2008. Bowering and his wife, Nancy, have lived in Madison since 1996. He recently spoke with Sun staff writer Katie Eubanks about his first four years as an alderman.
