Mrs. Marvin York Vick Jr. of Dallas announces the engagement of her daughter, Elizabeth Baldwin Vick, to Joshua Dudley Kipp, son of Mr. and Mrs. Crane Davis Kipp. Miss Vick is also the daughter of the late Marvin York Vick Jr.
