Mr. and Mrs. Mark Jackson Wakefield announce the engagement of their daughter, Lauren Elizabeth Wakefield, to Jason Daniel Ray, son of Dr. and Mrs. John Davis Ray.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Gene Ray and retired Col. and Mrs. Victor Reed Wakefield of Niceville, Fla., and the late Jennie Lou Jackson Wakefield.
