Ann Smith Elementary second-grader Rachel Claire Sanders (left), represented Ann Smith Elementary School at the Madison County District Reading Fair in the family division after winning first place in that division at Ann Smith Elementary.  Her father, Todd Sanders, (right)  accompanied her to the fair, held at Germantown High School.
