Support Jackson tax to improve city streets
Every time I drive to the Sun’s office on Briarwood Drive, I’m reminded of the city’s road issues.
And every time I take a photograph of a pothole or a water main break or write a story about a sewer pump that’s driving residents crazy, I know that Jackson has some significant infrastructure problems.
Residents in the capital city will have a chance to vote on perhaps what is one of the best ways to address those problems next week.
And I’m urging residents to vote in favor of it.
