Judge Kidd spillover parking lot can move forward

Judge Kidd affirmed the action taken by the Jackson City Council on May 19, 2014, accepting the recommendation of the City Planning Board and granting a Use Permit to permit the construction of an accessory parking area on the east side of Old Canton Road across from Highland Village.
