The Northside is represented well in the state football playoffs.
Jackson Academy (JA) is looking for its fourth state title, but they’ll have to get through Jackson Preparatory School.
Both teams are set to kick off at 7 p.m., November 9, at Mississippi College’s Robinson-Hale Stadium.
The Prep Patriots (13-0) are returning to the MAIS AAA-1 Championship after defeating Madison-Ridgeland Academy 23-7 last week.
