Miss Wakefield, Ray to wed Dec. 8 at Briarwood

Mr. and Mrs. Mark Jackson Wakefield announce the engagement of their daughter, Lauren Elizabeth Wakefield, to Jason Daniel Ray, son of Dr. and Mrs. John Davis Ray.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Fred Gene Ray and retired Col. and Mrs. Victor Reed Wakefield of Niceville, Fla., and the late Jennie Lou Jackson Wakefield. The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Mrs. Earl Lewis Propst and the late Mr. Propst and the late Mr. and Mrs. James Lee Ray.
