Band awards

St. Andrew’s Episcopal School beginning band recently presented their spring concert. Parade of the famous

Thompson scholarship

Anna Sledge Tucker, a 2017 graduate of Madison Ridgeland Academy, was selected as one of the Thompson Scholarship recipients. The scholarship program was established to honor former headmaster Tommy Thompson, and to further the education of deserving graduates. Science and tech

The Bausch and Lomb Science Award is presented to a student in recognition of high scholastic achievement in science. The 2017 recipient at Jackson Academy was Braden Lewis. The University of Rochester recognizes students in several areas.

Civilian soldiers
