Miss Freeman, Schultz to exchange wedding vows on November 4

Mr. and Mrs. William Rodney Freeman of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Katherine Adair Freeman, to Justin Michael Schultz, son of Mr. and Mrs. Jerome Dale Schultz of Brandon.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mrs. Henry LeGrand Howze and the late Mr. Howze of Sledge, and the late Mr. and Mrs. William Lackey Freeman of Laurel. The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Robert Ernest Schultz or Petersburg, Va., and the late Mr. and Mrs. Aaron Dee Hampton of Madison.

Miss Freeman is a 2008 graduate of Jackson Preparatory School and attended the University of Mississippi where she received a bachelor’s degree in painting in 2012. At Ole Miss, she was a member of Phi Mu sorority. Miss Freeman is the public relations and marketing director at Thimblepress.

Schultz is a 2000 graduate of Brandon High School. He received a bachelor’s degree in graphic design from Mississippi State University in 2004. He is a senior art director at The Ramey Agency.

The couple will exchange vows at the home of the bride to be officiated by the Rev. Robert Michael Green with a reception to follow.
