Miss Arledge and Walker planning September 22 wedding at The South

Mr. and Mrs. John Herbert Arledge of Jackson announce the engagement of their daughter, Addison Rose Arledge, to Harrison Winfield Walker, son of Mr. and Mrs. Andrew Oliver Walker of Tupelo.

Miss Arledge is the granddaughter of Dr. and Mrs. Clyde Stanford Nix of Hamilton, Ala., and Mr. and Mrs. John Clarence Arledge III of Gautier. Walker is the grandson of Mrs. Timothy Blair Heaton and the late Mr. Heaton of Water Valley, and Mrs. James Winfield Walker and the late Mr. Walker of Tupelo.

The bride-elect is a 2013 graduate of Jackson Preparatory School and attended Mississippi State University. She received a bachelor’s degree with a double major in communication and Spanish in 2017 and a master of business administration in 2018. At State, she was a member of Chi Omega fraternity where she served as an executive officer.

The prospective bridegroom was graduated from Tupelo High School in 2013. He attended Mississippi State University and received a bachelor’s degree in building construction science in 2018. At State, he was a member of Sigma Chi fraternity. Walker is a project engineer for Flintco in Memphis.

The couple will be married September 22 at The South.
