Miss Britt and Boykin to exchange wedding vows February 3 at Pear Orchard

Mr. and Mrs. Denny Britt of Ridgeland announce the engagement of their daughter, Haley Joy Britt, to Benjamin Patterson Boykin, son of Mr. and Mrs. Don Boykin of Ridgeland and the late Julie Boykin.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. Franklin Bryant of Hattiesburg, and Ethel Mae Britt of Brookhaven and the late Denver Britt. The prospective bridegroom is the grandson of Dr. and Mrs. Gunnar Anderson of Enid, Okla., and Gladis Deloach Boykin II of Hollandale and the late Ann Brown.

Miss Britt is a 2012 graduate of Ridgeland High School. She was graduated from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in accounting. At Southern Mississippi, she was a member of Chi Omega sorority. Miss Britt lives in Madison where she is a staff accountant for Carr, Riggs, and Ingram in its Assurance Services Division.

Boykin is a 2011 graduate of Ridgeland High School. He was graduated from the University of Mississippi in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in finance. He is a senior associate for HORNE LLP in its Government Services Focus Group.

The couple will exchange vows the evening of February 3 at Pear Orchard Presbyterian Church with a reception to follow at the County Club of Jackson.
