Lt. Gen. (Ret) Fred Kornet Jr. passed away June 22 at St. Catherine's Village. He was born in Wortendyke, N.J., October 2, 1919, to Frederick Kornet and Adrienne Roteman.

Rebekah Browning Barber, age 72, passed away very unexpectedly, on May 31 at her home in Madison, Mississippi. Visitation will be June 4, from 9:30 to 11 a.m. at Parkway Funeral Home on Highland Colony Parkway with services at 11 a.m. A private family graveside service will follow at Lakewood Memorial Park. Patricia Dianne Brown

Funeral services were held April 10 at Moorhead Baptist Church in Moorhead for Patricia Dianne Brown of Ridgeland. The Rev. Ray Bridges officiated. Burial followed in Moorhead Cemetery.

Patricia Dianne Brown, 68, passed away April 7 at Select Specialty Hospital in Jackson.

A memorial service will be held on Saturday April 14, at 1 p.m. (visitation at noon) at the Northminster Baptist Church for Ann Chinn.

Diane Dinkins

A funeral mass was held March 24 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church in Canton, for Diane Dinkins. Burial was in the Dinkins Family Plot at the Canton City Cemetery.

Glenn Joseph Beadle

Glenn Joseph Beadle, 89, of Glen Ellyn, Illinois, passed away peacefully February 27. Born in Beaumont, Texas to Dallason and Roberta Beadle, he lived most of his life in Texas and Mississippi.
